Wearability of Washi threads
You may worry if they will be damaged by washing; however, Washi threads are as strong as cotton materials. They can be washed repeatedly.
Delivery date
After we confirm your payment, we will ship our products within three business days; however, the shipping day may be delayed due to inventory conditions.

Please note that colors on the website and colors of actual products may differ due to your PC environment and thread dyeing lots.
Returning and
exchanging products
We only accept returns if you receive the wrong product or a defective product.
We will pay the shipping costs for returning the product.
We do not accept any products returned after seven days have elapsed from the day when you receive the product. Please ensure that you check the product promptly after receiving it. We do not accept returns or exchanges for damage attributable to customers, except products that arrive with prominent damage, holes, or dirt. If you have a question, please ask us before you purchase the product.
